what seems to be more difficult: Teaching teens or teaching large classes?

There are differents way , or strategies to teach, but depent of the people are you going to teach.
For teens you need to find out how to catch their attention,of course it has to be with topics that are interest for them.
And for large class, the most practical is to make groups in order that the teacher can assessment in a better way, so when they finish their work assignment the teacher can check the group work with difficulties.

How would you deal with error correction in your class room?

First we need to think that we can learn by errors, long as not overlook thinking rather not commit again.
As a teacher ,everytime a student make a mistake, I have to let him know, but in a good manner, and explain him how it has to be,in a way that the student can see that I am interested that he learn.

How can we raise students awareness about how students can best learn and help them find more ways of learning English more effectively and productive?
   
Theaching is an art,and can be difficult for some teachers if they dont have vocation,or in the worst case,when the teacher has tought for many years,the teacher is tired and probably he has lost the motivation;As a result,the teacher does not look interest to create a good class environment;And consequently,the class is not going to be interesting;In contrast, to a young teacher,that it has the will and the force,because he/she is going to enjoy to teach and everything will be new for them.
  As a practitioner, I always try to think in what my students need from me;Therefore, I prepare, and try to adapt my class in the real life,in order to encourage the students to learn English.
